Designed and produced the complete material infrastructure for the siY Emerging Leaders Program, a ten-month leadership development experience for a cohort of up and coming leaders within a financial services organization undergoing transformation. Working in close collaboration with the program facilitator, I owned the content production lifecycle and built all deliverables from brief to final file: session facilitation decks, participant guides, CEO roundtable agendas, monthly coaching cards, leadership self-assessments, post-session surveys, email templates, a program theme map, and physical print materials.

As a result, participants reported increased confidence, strategic clarity, and leadership capability. One shared becoming “more strategic in my thinking, communicating more concisely, and asking better questions.” Another noted the program gave them “the confidence to move forward and face things head on.”
